We welcome enquiries from singers interested in taking part in HELIOS performances. HELIOS is an 'invitation' choir; for each concert we put together an ensemble balanced for blend and numbers, and appropriate for the repertoire. We always schedule at least one concert each year for larger-scale vocal forces, however other events might need as few as twelve voices. Musically we set high standards; we aim to produce a wide range of stylish and well-crafted concerts, but we are also friendly and modern.

For more details of how we work, read the FAQs page. If you're still interested, you can apply online for an audition, to allow the director to meet and hear you. It will be as informal as possible and will not be in public! You are also welcome to join in a rehearsal beforehand.
